Stephen DiPrete

Stephen DiPrete currently serves as the Chief Commercial Banking Officer at South Shore Bank, a full-service mutual bank locally managed under Charlesbridge, MHC with a combined approximately $5 billion in assets. Since joining the Bank in 2020, he has successfully led the Commercial Team that expanded the Bank’s commercial deposit and loan portfolio, across all sectors, including Commercial Real Estate, Commercial & Industrial, Business Banking, and Condominium Association Banking.  

He has over 30 years of banking experience and an award-winning record of providing customized Commercial Banking, Treasury Management solutions, and advising Family-Owned Businesses and Real Estate investors. Prior to joining South Shore Bank, Stephen spent sixteen years at Eastern Bank, most recently as a Senior Vice President within the Bank’s Middle Market Group.

Stephen serves on the Board of Directors of the South Shore Chamber of Commerce and is currently the Board Treasurer of Road to Responsibility a leading provider of services to the disabled,  in addition to being active in many local Not for Profits and Veterans organizations, such as Massachusetts Fallen Heroes.  He resides in Foxboro with his wife and three daughters and is an avid golfer and pick-up basketball player.
